Located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley we are the Massage School of Santa Monica. An established school founded in Santa Monica California in 1974 by Bernadette Gessner. We have now relocated to our Valley Glen Campus and kept our landmark namesake Massage School of Santa Monica.

Our 10,000 graduates and current students come to us from all walks of life as far reaching as, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, England, France and Canada and all across the United States, they have a common goal in discovering the importance of massage, and how holistic intuitive touch can make a difference in our world.  They have an approach to living that is creative and a desire to work with people. Many successful entrepreneurs behind Southern California’s pop healing spas and training facilities received their training and guidance under our teacher’s watchful eyes.

Massage School of Santa Monica continues to offer its traditional Massage Therapist program and unique creative and innovative continuing education workshops to enhance your career. Our Classes are taught by Los Angeles most exceptional staff of instructors with over 200 years of collective hands-on professional experience.

We believe that learning the art of massage is first and foremost a journey of exploration into your own self. Before you can respectfully enter the intimate arena of physical contact with another human being you must first explore accept and understand your own world.
